You don't need to be a member to play with us, but our member's price is $12 per session and non-members $20.
Click on the button below to join. $82 per annum (not calendar year) or $69.00 for seniors and juniors. That cost covers PAA and PAQ membership as well.
Let us know when you have become a member and we will confirm your membership status and add you to the Opensports Members Discount Database.
Please note: It is the member’s obligation to notify us that you have become a member and want a discount. Due to the administrative complexities, the club will only back-date member’s discounts on any played sessions by up to 4 weeks from the date of email notification to us. If you forget to tell us for some time, then you will not receive the discount for those sessions outside the 4-week parameter.
How to Book a Game
SCPC uses the Opensports App for all of our session bookings, no cash is taken and all bookings have to go through Opensports. You will sign an automatic waiver within Opensports.
- Download the OpenSports app on your phone or tablet. Open the App
- Tap the top left icon (group of people) on the main discovery page.
- Tap “Find Groups”.
- It will show you a listing of public groups that are nearby.
- From here, scroll through local groups, and/or search for Sunshine Coast Pickleball by tapping on the search icon and typing in Sunshinecoast Pickleball.
- Once found, tap on it and click the Join button.

I haven't got my discount what do I do
Firstly check if you have inadvertently opened a new account. The best way to check is to open the Opensports chat box and start typing your own name into the "To" field. If your name appears more than once then you have more than 1 account. (This may be because you have opened your OS account using your email address, but subsequently used Facebook to log into your account. This creates an additional account). If you and your partner are financial members of the SCPC you both need to have Opensports profiles and logins. Opensports does not recognise guest discounts therefore you need to book sessions separately using the Opensports app for the members discount to be applied.

If an event was cancelled, how do I receive the refund?
If a player cancels their registration by the “cancellation deadline” they automatically receive a credit to their group-specific account credit. So for the “SCPC”- if a player cancels their registration to an event in the SCPC group before the cancellation deadline they receive an account credit equal to the value of the original session payment made, a player can use that credit towards other events that the SCPC has on Opensports.
